NK Productions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ALA-101 Hybridization (the "Software") on up to two (2) computers owned or controlled by you, provided the Software is not used on more than one computer simultaneously. NK Productions は、お客様が所有または管理する最大2台のコンピュータで ALA-101 Hybridization（以下「本ソフトウェア」）を使用する非独占的かつ譲渡不能なライセンスを付与します。ただし、同時に複数のコンピュータでの使用は認められません。
The Software requires online license activation. A valid license key must be entered to unlock the full version. Each license key may be activated on up to two (2) machines. License deactivation and reactivation can be managed through the Software's settings menu or by contacting NK Productions support. 本ソフトウェアはオンラインライセンス認証が必要です。フルバージョンのアンロックには有効なライセンスキーの入力が必要です。各ライセンスキーは最大2台のマシンで認証可能です。ライセンスの無効化と再認証は、ソフトウェアの設定メニューまたは NK Productions サポートへの連絡で管理できます。
The Software may be used in trial mode without a license key. Trial mode is fully functional but periodically injects noise bursts into the audio output. The Software, including all neural network models, signal processing algorithms, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of NK Productions. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software. ニューラルネットワークモデル、信号処理アルゴリズム、ユーザーインターフェースデザインを含む本ソフトウェアは NK Productions の知的財産です。本ライセンスはお客様に本ソフトウェアの所有権を付与するものではありません。

As this is a digital product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the license key has been delivered. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NK Productions does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. 本ソフトウェアは、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性の保証を含む、明示的または黙示的ないかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。NK Productions は本ソフトウェアにエラーがないこと、または中断されないことを保証しません。
In no event shall NK Productions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action. NK Productions' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software license. NK Productions は、本ソフトウェアの使用に起因または関連する間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、懲罰的損害について、訴因の如何を問わず、いかなる場合も責任を負いません。NK Productions の責任総額は、お客様が本ソフトウェアライセンスに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。
This license is effective until terminated. NK Productions may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. 本ライセンスは終了するまで有効です。お客様がいずれかの条項に違反した場合、NK Productions は本ライセンスを終了することができます。終了時には、お客様が所持する本ソフトウェアのすべてのコピーを破棄しなければなりません。
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan. 本契約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。本契約に起因する紛争は、日本の裁判所の専属管轄に服するものとします。
